Clinicians are the user. Design for them first.
The most sophisticated AI system in healthcare is useless if clinicians don't trust it or can't fit it into their workflow. I design for adoption, not just capability.
Governance is what makes AI safe to deploy.
Done right, data governance is not a compliance tax — it's what creates the trusted data foundation that makes clinical AI possible. Without it, you're betting patient outcomes on unverified inputs.
